Principle

Carton filler machine is a kind of intelligent packaging machine. The bottle clamp (rubber inside to avoid damaging bottle) clips bottles and puts them on the opening box. While the head of the clamp is lifting, the opening box is discharged to sealing place to complete the package.

Working properties

Carton filler machine is using PLC and touch screen to control the procedure. The alarm arises to stop machine operation if no bottles and device to stop packing if out of bottles. The bottles are automatically arranged and put into order. Batch is automatically printed. The sealing stops if no boxes provided. The whole machine is auto-protected and auto-stopped if over-loaded. It is convenient to install in a production line to save man power and reduce labor intensity.

Physical properties

Automatic carton filler has a composite structure: forming device, aligning unit, filling part, and sealing unit. All procedure is full automatically completed in a main frame.
