Ihsan Cotton Products (Pvt.) Ltd. is the 100% export oriented house of Ihsan. In 1992, the company ventured into mainstream textile spinning industry with the establishment of an Autocoro spinning unit. Allowing Ihsan's tradition of value addition, 1996 saw great expansion in production with the addition of two brand new Schalafhorst SE9 Autocoros with a capacity of 1512 high speed rotors. This unit grew further in 2001 with the addition of three SEI I Autocoros and the number of high-speedrotors was raised to 2664. With the arrival of AC0312 ( 2003 ) from Schlafhorst ( with built-in contamination detection ) and put into production are raising the standards of yarns to new heights with a speed of 150,000 RPM, and supported by Trutzschler , these are the latest innovations in the open-end textile industry.
