Features
1. It depends on godets size to decide how many pieces per mould. Empty godets were fed automatically
2. Cam-table was controlled by index, driven by motor and with precise position.
3. The cam-table is with 8 cavities (moulds). Height of 8 cavities (moulds) and powder volume can be adjusted slightly at the same time.
4. Powder was fed automatically, with good accuracy. Tank is 10 liter.
5. Pressing system is driven by oil cylinder. There are three options, press from bottom to top, from top to bottom or bottom & top press at the same time.
6. Two scale pressure to control pressing for loosing air in order to avoid defect sample.
7. Digital oil pressure control system, oil pressure and speed were controlled by touch screen.
