728MA is a heel seat and sides lasting machine by injection of thermofusible cement which, combined with a pulling-over lasting machine,realizes the complete lasting of man and lady footwear with any heel height; there is also a version which realizes the lasting of baby footwear starting from size 18.
A microprocessor with programs for as many footwear models with a set of parameters that can be stated to optimize the execution of the model being lasted programming at first the profile of the insole, the last size and the steps;at the change of the footwear model at operator must simply recall on the keyboard-control the corresponding program and choose the last size.
The computer will process the data previously memorized for that model and adjust the distribution of the rhemofusible cement.
An innovative system allows the precise distribution of the cement on the insole,faciliating the lasting operation of footwear with short uppers and avoiding smears or emissions of cement inside the footwear.
An automatic device notices and memorizes the profile. The flexibility of use which characterizes machines MARK alllows the equipment of two side pincers for a better result of the sides lasting of some types of footwear.
