The Unicomp AX7100L is a smaller version of our AX8100. This machine is equally as powerful as the AX8100, but we have economized and scaled down the system motion controls to reduce the cost to our customers. The AX7100L is effective for many applications within the PCB manufacturing process. BGA, CSP, filp chip. COB, QFN, standard SMT and PTH attachment quality.

As a flexible workstation, the AX7100L is a powerful support tool for process development, process monitoring and refinement of the rework operation.

In addition to the PCBA analysis, the AX7100L can be utilized for many other electronics applications within a typical PCBA factory.
