Intended Use
L-920N is an automatic lipstick filling machine, it includes hot filling system, cooling system, inserting lipstick bullets into cases by air-blowing, mould preheat system, mould checking system, oil spray system, flaming and turning lipstick bullets down into cases.

Features
1.With 5-ton air cooling tunnel
2.Two 20-liter double-jacked vessels, temperature and stirring speed are adjustable. Clutch device installed for over-load prevention in tank stirring system.
3.Mould preheat system, heating temperature and heating time are adjustable
4.Oil Spray: Smog spray out and adjustable flow rate of oil.
5.Piston filling, driven by motor. Filling speed and pumping speed are adjustable, each time to fill 12 pieces and with mould up & down device.
6.Pump with stirring inside and it was driven by motor; prevent getting clogged by glitter or pearl.
