Antioxidant 300 (CAS 96-69-5) is a kind of sulfur-contained hindered phenol antioxidant which has double effects of free radical termination and hydrogen peroxide decomposition.great synergistic effect with carbon black,other antioxidants and UV absorbers etc.good resistant to light,oxidization and heat.suitable for yolefin, polyester, polystyrene, ABS resin, PVC especially suitable for PVC cable wire.and it can be used in transparent,colorful and white products.

Application and characteristics:


Antioxidant 300 is a kind of multi-functional and high efficient primary antioxidant which has perfect performance not matter it is used alone or together with other additives as it has has double effects of free radical termination and hydrogen peroxide decomposition.



The magnificent synergistic effect with other additives as following:


●synergistic effect With carbon black:regular hindered phenol and hindered amine antioxidants (such as 1010, TCA, DNP)can be absorbed by the surface of carbon black when are used together with carbon black.this antagonistic effect will reduce the stability of the polymer. But it is completely different for sulfur-containing hindered phenol antioxidant.when antioxidant 300 be used together with carbon black they are transferred into chemical compounds with greater antioxidant efficacy under the catalysis of carbon black that enhances stability of the polymer.
●synergistic effect With other antioxidant such as 1010,TCA,DNP: different formulations can be made according to customer’s special request which can reduce the cost but can enhance the comprehensive staility of the polymer and finished goods.
●synergistic effect with UV absorber which enhance the heat resistance,stability and shelf life of the products
