This ADC product is comprised of an anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody (clone 1F6-C4v2) conjugated via a Mc-vc linker to a MMAF. The MMAF is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis.
