This ADC product is comprised of an anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody conjugated (clone hBU12) via a vc-PAB linker to MMAE. The MMAE is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis.
