Application scope:

1. As flocculant: For neutral or alkaline wastewater with rough, high-concentration and postive-charge suspended particles, as there are some polar groups contained in APAM molecular chain, which enable it to absorb suspended solid particles in water, make bridging between particles and form big flocs. That allow APAM to accelerate sedimentation of particles in suspension, and therefore effectively speed up clarification of solution and promote filtration. This product is extensively applied to treat wastewater and waste solution of chemical industry, municipal sewage, clarification and purification of running water, high turbidity water, as well as treat wastewater of coal washing, mineral processing, metallurgy, iron and steel industry, zince/aluminium processing industry, electronic industry, etc.

2. For Petroleum industry: The serosity possesses stable performance, make ofsize rarely and low breakage rate of fabric, make fabric bright and clean. EC-WA05 could be applied to treat oil extraction mud, drilling mud, waste mud, prevent water breakthrough, decrease friction, increase oil recovery efficiency.

3. As textile sizing agent: The serosity possesses stable performance, make ofsize rarely and low breakage rate of fabric, make fabric bright and clean.

4. For papermaking industry: Firstly, increase retention ratio of fillings, pigment, etc. and reduce loss of raw material and pollution to environment. Secondly, improve paper sheet strength (including dry strength and wet strength). Furthermore, application of APAM will improve tear resistance and porousness of paper, which will improve printing properties. It’s aslo applied in food and tea wrapping paper.

5. Other industries: For food industry, it can be applied to clarification of sugarcane juice and extraction of syrup by phosphorus floatation during cane sugar and beet sugar production;
