Aluminum Alloy Rod Continuous Casting And Rolling Line

Introduction
It is used to produce aluminum alloy rod, such as AI- Mg alloy rod, AI- Mg- Si alloy rod( 6201) , AI- Ti- B alloy rod etc. The finished rod diameters can be 9.5mm, 12mm, 15mm. The productivity ranges from 1.5T- 4T per hour, and the cross-sectional area of the casting bar ranges from 1500 to 2400 mm2. The main raw materials can be aluminum ingot as well as molten aluminum. Rod quality exceeds ASTM, DIN, BS, JS and other
internationally accepted quality standards.

Features
Level casting and automatic casting system ensures no turbulent current, the molten aluminum feeding to casting system is oxide- free.
On line degassing unit removes the contents of hydrogen and impurity in the molten aluminum with the small dispersed bubbles by insert gas.
Induction heater heats the casting bar before entering the rolling mill, and adjusts temperature automatically, thus achieving good electrical and mechanical properties.
Oil- free coiling system with rollers makes it possible to produce oil- free aluminum rod without the use of grease, which can save production cast and make workshop clean.
