The panel is a composite consisting of two layers of aluminum skin sandwiching a thermoplastic core in a continuous co-extrusion process. Aluminum-coil surface of DARREN aluminum-coated panel applies PVDF roller baking finish as well as Polyester roller baking finish with coating of 2-coating and 2-drying and 3-coating and 3-drying.

Alu.skin : 0.1-0.5mm for both side
