Product Description
Our company can supply air brake hoses. Air brake hoses are widely used for air brake systems for light trucks, buses and automobiles. They are accorded with the standard of SAE J1402.
Advantages and benefits:
The product is low inner volume expansion, low moisture permeation and resistant to oil, weather and ozone. It can withstand in the temperature of -40°C to 100°C. Its construction has four parts. The inner tube is made of EPDM. The reinforcement layer is braided yarn. The middle layer is viscosity-strength middle rubber. The cover layer is also made of EPDM.
We supply two kinds of air brake hose namely air brake hose of two spiral construction and four spiral construction. These two kinds of air brake hoses meet DOT FMVSS-106 hose requirements with two-spiral or four-spiral polyester reinforcement. They have unique features of excellent weather, ozone and abrasion resistance. Moreover it has a long service life for its durability. And the working temperature can be -40°C to 93°C (-40°F to +200°F)
