There are two categories for air filtration media. One is Primary Filtration Media, the other is Medium Efficiency Filtration Media (Pocket Filtration Media).
A. Primary Filtration Media
Our primary filtration media use non-woven filtration media to laminate with metal stretched nets by hot melt adhesive. With the support of the stretched nets, this can improve the dimension stability significantly.
B. Medium Efficiency Filtration Media
The medium efficiency filtration media are made of non-woven from synthetic fibers, then welded by ultrasonic to form a three-dimension filtration structure with eight spacers. The spacer can avoid touch adjacent spacers during expansion. Upon the structure and raw materials, this helps the products having higher loading capacity, better filtration efficiency, but still keeps good breath capability.
