The operation and control system of the machine uses automatic microcomputer control, equipped with colorful touch screen, integrated with the human-machine interface developed by us, to achieve most of operation and control for the machine.

The software can provide the functions such as on-line help, production record and on-line inspection, which is convenient for operators and technicians to control and maintain the machine, so as to improve production efficiency greatly.

The machine can achieve gap winding with a taper tension, to ensure winding quality and avoid damage. The imported high-precision movement-equilibrium aluminum guide rolls are used to avoid scratching on the products.

A drying system is designed specially according to the drying principles, using combined-type drying tunnel, to achieve complete drying and high efficiency. RKC intelligent temperature controller is used to improve temperature control precision. The machine uses special doctor-blade and press-roll mechanism, to ensure coating uniformity effectively.
