90 Degree elbow is used between the pipe to change the direction of the flow by 90 degree. 90 degree elbow are most in long radius (LR) form and short radius (SR) form. Long radius refers that centreline radius is 1.5 times than nominal diameter of pipe. Short radius refers that centreline radius is same as nominal diameter of pipe.


Material of pipe elbow mainly includes the followings:
Carbon steel ASTM A234 WPB
Stainless steel A403 WP304/304L/316/316L/317/317L/321,
Alloy Steel P22/P91/P5/P11/P9/P12T91/T9/T5

Available pipe size ranges from 1/2” to 24” in seamless, 4” to 72” in seam-welded.

Angle of pipe elbow is 90 degree.

Radius type of 90 degree pipe elbow includes long radius elbow (1.5D) and short radius elbow (1D)

Pipe elbow is widely manufactured in accordance with standard ASME/ANSI B16.9.

Wall thickness of pipe elbow mainly includes SCH20, SCH40, SCH80, SCH5-XXS
