AAC block production line

1. The automatic feed proportioning system will proportion raw materials as slurry to certion proportion.
2. Pour into the pouring machine, add foaming agents and fixing agents.

5. After green bricks reach certain hardness, use reversal sling to lift molds and green bricks for overturning by 90 degrees in the air.

6. One side of the mould will become the bottom supporting the semi-finished products, which will be lifted onto larry or the cutting support for die-sinking
7. Take off the mould frame and side plates returned, reform the mold and wait for oil painting and repouring, the green bricks will be cut in six sides on the cutting machine, firstly cut vertically the two sides of the green bricks
8. Cut longthwise horizontally
9. Cut transverse vertically
10. After cutting, lift the semi-finished products and back plate to larry

11. Group and place into autoclave for action
12. Action under high temperature
13. Out of the autoclave after action
14. Lift the finished products to the storage
15. Load adnd package
16. Return side plates
