The negative materials are composed of zinc powder in a gel containing the potassium hydroxide electrolyte, which are filled in

The assembling current collector is inserted to form the negative electrode

Sealing process


The battery is sealed to prevent leakage and electrolyte creepage

The batteries are packed by shrink after inspecting the voltage, current and appearance
