A516Gr.55 boiler steel plate suppplier China
A516Gr.55 boiler steel plate supplied to steel standard A516/A516M shall conform to specification A20/A20M which specification for general requirements for steel plates for pressure vessels. A516Gr.55 boiler steel plates are mainly used for moderate and lower temperature welded boilers and other pressure vessels where improved notch toughness is important.
A common trade name for A516 Grade 70 boiler plate is PVQ Plate. ASTM A516 boiler plate is also available in grades 55, 60, and 65. A516Gr55 steel is used to fabricate low-to-medium pressure vessels, boilers and processing equipment.
