A516-70 boiler steel plate suppplier China
A516-70 pressure vessel plate is a medium carbon alloy designed for use in pressure vessels and boilers. It contains manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and silicon at the highest levels allowed by the ASTM A516, to produce the strongest carbon steel plates specified by the ASTM. It is a high strength metal, is easy to fabricate and can be securely welded. Our engineers suggest the end users accept rolling A516-70 steel plates under Normalized,especially for the steel plates thickness above 40mm.A common trade name for A516 Grade 70 boiler plate is PVQ Plate. ASTM A516 boiler plate is also available in grades 55, 60, and 65. A516Gr55 steel is used to fabricate low-to-medium pressure vessels, boilers and processing equipment.
