1 . Product info beer equipment

The 2500L full automatic brewery including automatic brewhouse, fermentation system, cooling system, Computer control system, CIP systems and other components, The vessels for various systems adopt Height to diameter ratio optimization design, all systems use sus304 stainless steel and the argon protection side welding molding technology, thus the inner wall of the vessel welded corners are clean enough to provide quality assurance for the production of high quality puree biological beer. At the same time, the stability of the semi-automatic control system makes the entire equipments high intelligence, it achieves unattended in the true sense,thus it becomes automatic intelligent bio-fermentation equipment to provide a strong guarantee for the production of the craft beer.

Mash system:

Full automatic Brewhouse is mainly composed by 4vessel mash tun,lauter tank, boiling , whirlpool tank, with hot water tank and cold water tank, also according to your different requirement.

The main body of mash tun, mash system all using international standards, high-quality 304 stainless steel. The manufacture is using of modern automatic plasma & laser cutting and the protection of pure argon gas welding

and other technology. The full polished technology for the inside of the tanks which expose to materials such as wheat mash; external matte polished to ensure customers with high quality and low price, beautiful mash system.

Also including Pneumatic valve, electromagnetic flowmeter, Radar level gauge, Empty level switch, Turbidity online detector, then will be one complete system.



For automatic control system on brewhouse,-Brewhouse into a fully automated system

1. The mash tun control system is controlled by a pneumatic valve (using an industrial computer for control)

1) The temperature of the mash tun is automatically controlled;

2) The turbidity of the wort in the filter tank is detected by a turbidity meter;

3) The steam heating of the boiling tank is controlled by a membrane steam regulating valve, the valve opening can be adjusted to control the amount of steam;

4) The mash tun and lauter tank are equipped with level switches, and the boiling pot and hot water tank bottoms are equipped with electronic level gauges.

Fermentation tank

For this is Automatic level, then you can brew 4-6 batches per day. So normally the fermenter is 10T per set.

1. The fermentation tank is main part of beer equipment, the tanks adopted 304 stainless steel.

2.Adopted the international standard of fermentation technology, diverse methods to control the temperature. The standard is≤0.8um ≤0.6um ≤0.2um.

3.Temperature automatic control: The cooling jacket can achieve all countries’ standard, supply Miller, arch, corrugated plate and so on. Meet all kinds of demand of cooling technology of coolant and pressure.

Fermenter pipeline:

-Stainless steel material pipeline, one tube plate for each two tanks, CIP back and forth pipeline, wort feed, fermentation liquid outlet line, yeast recovery line, exhaust line, back pressure line.





CIP unit system

CIP unit is composed by Acid tank, alkali tank, disinfection tank, hot water tank, pump and pipeline. Also controled by control computer.

Fixed stainless steel pipelines from the CIP station to fermenters’ zone.





Control system:



-Brewhouse and fermentation control cabinet with plastic spraying

-Use industrial computer to control, Siemens S7-300 system.



-Brewhouse into a fully automated system

2.Fermentation tank control

-The temperature is controlled by solenoid valve, and the temperature is controlled automatically;

-The pressure is controlled by a mechanical pressure regulating valve.

-The fermentation temperature and mash system are all controlled in an industrial computer

-Two display control

-Including signal lines, bridges, tables and chairs, etc.
