Product Description
1. 500-800kg/h malt miller for Grain crushing
2. 15BBL 2-tank Brewhouse system:
15BBL mash/lauter tun+15BBL Boil/ whirlpool tank,2 vessels, with sanitary wort pumps, plate heat exchanger, work platform, hops filter, wort grant tank, Wort aeration, control panel, related brewing pipelines & valves etc.
Electric, Steam or direct fire heating for choice.
3. Insulated 30BBL hot liquor tank + Hot water pump
it will supply hot water for mashing, sparging, cleaning.
4. 15BBL OR 30BBL fermentation tank, 6 pcs
5. Insulated 30BBL Glycol water tank + pump
it will supply Glycol water for wort cooling and fermentation cooling.
6. 7HP Chiller, 2PCS
(for Glycol water chilling, The electricity is 380V, 50HZ. )
7. 150L CIP Cleaning system.
8. PID Control system
9. 150kg/h steam generator + water treatment if steam heating is required.
