120" x 80" FBP-UV 3020 Series Industrial Wide Format UV Flatbed Printer

This UV flatbed printer can print onto almost all the flexible and hard materials, using environmentally friendly UV technology with non-plate and non-mesh processes. You can easily achieve efficient production with a small imprint and a single operation. This printer is a good option for small to medium print runs; in many fields such as advertisement, decoration, glass processing, etc.

Technological Advantages:
Design: The true flatbed design uses a unique strong sectional vacuum system in six different zones, or a set of built-in wheels that can be lifted up and down to fix media to the table, while printing, to provide accurate registration. The heavy-duty chassis ensures durability, and enables to hold heavy materials up to 100 mm thick. The bed is equipped with media locating pins, for accurate media replacement, to obtain the most accurate results when printing the same image repeatedly.
Ink: A negative pressure ink supply system controls traditional colors, white ink and varnish separately. Correct purging is achieved with state-of the-art printhead technology that uses a built-in temperature sensor and a heater. This guarantees fluid and continuous prints with no auto cleaning while printing, so you save a lot of uv ink each year.
Ink Colors: Basic 4 colors, 6 colors, white and varnish options are available. For white color applications you can choose from: overlay white, underlay white, fill white, spot white and under color white. Clear top coating varnish as a separate application is used to increase outdoor durable life, avoid scratch and add or reduce gloss.Unique bi-directional printing option, makes it easy to switch from white underlay to white overlay option, saving time while the x-beam returns.
Printheads: This printer uses Konica Minolta KM512-14pl printheads and can achieve a maximum resolution of 1440 dpi. An integrated printhead capping device system, while the printer is in stand-by mode protects the nozzles from light and dust automatically, to extend printhead durability and reduce ink usage.
RIP Software: Caldera, Photoprint, or Manager V9.22 are the RIP software options for this printer, you can achieve vivid and sharp printed images by using the “feather” option of these RIP software.

You can use this printer using a wide range of rigid materials, such as glass, ceramic tiles, aluminum, metal, wood, stone, billboards, acrylic, Plexiglass, foam board, or packaging paper; or flexible media like wallpaper, glistening film, canvas, carpet, leather, paper, and more.
