Q1: Can I get samples for free?
A1: Sure, we provide free samples as your requirement. But the postage would be at
customer’s cost. After order confirmation, we could refund it to you.

Q2: What is the minimum Order (MOQ)?
A2: Usually We have kept every color from the prepared shard card in stock, Any smaller
quantity is also welcomed.We can also accept customized colors or colors from Pantone,
then the MOQ would be 1500m for each color.

Q3. Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
A3: Yes, we can. Which means size, material, quantity, design,packing solution, etc,
will depend on your requests, and your logo will be customized on our products

Q4: How long can I get the sample or goods?
A4: Generally, the lead time of sample or the goods prepared in the stock is 3-7days, and the lead time of customized bulk production is 15-25days from the day you confirm the PP sample.

Q5: How about the payment?
A5: Normally, we accept T/T: 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of B/L as payment term.
