For the dimensions and tolerances on dimensions, the requirement is given in EN 10028-1：2007 + A1: 2009.
16Mo3 steel specified as Chrome molybdenum steel alloy for use in elevated working temperatures. In German standard,the steel sheet 15Mo3 is the best equivalent steel grade for 16Mo3 alloy steel plate.
