Our company is established in 2014 and is engaged in Software development, web design & development, general B2B Portal with online trading supported by payment gateway, e-commerce, Business School, and online education support in lower and higher education students. We now want to expand the business globally and are in private placement of shares on "Buy Back" basis for five years. The Investors will be paid interested @ 5% in the first two years of investment and from the third year onwards they will be receiving dividend which we expect to be in the range of 15 to 25 percent of their investment. There will be a Lock-in period of three years during which period they have to keep the investment with the company and in the 4th or 5th year if they desire the promoters will buy back the shares i.e. their investment plus Dividend entitled to them. We solicit investors from any country.
