Our company and factory located in Douz city which is considered as big oasis of palm trees, we have a very good relationship with farmers directly, so that we know very well our product (dates) even when it is up in palm trees before cutting down in harvest, which make our product very well selected.
Leadership, is a new company in export, since 3 years, but with big experience, we have a professional team, in quality department, sales, purchasing, production, and this well experienced team always make sure that every step is going well, from tree to container, some of this qualified team are working also as consultants in iternational consulting and research organizations.

We are applying the HACCP ISO22000 and ISO9001 system in our company, and starting other new certificates, like FSSC, BRC, KOSHER, USDA, HALAL.

The other important thing that every company look for, the price, naturally our price will be very competitive, because we don’t have any intermediary to have our goods, we bring you the dates directly from the tree, so don’t even think about the prices, because we beleive that our success is when our costumer sell goods and be satisfied.
