TOPSUN is specialized in research and development, manufacture, sales and services of tie down, slings, winches, hand puller, load binder, cargo bars, chains and other hardwares. The company is headquartered at Yuhuan, Zhejiang, with a land area over 60,000 m± and a building area of over 45,000 m±. There are about 1,000 staffs in the factory, of which 10% are scientific and technical personnels. There are three factories in Zhejiang and Anhui Province. Our capacity can be up to 12 million sets annually.
