Luoyang Heavy-Duty Bearing Co., ltd was established in 1992. We are located in Luoyang - one of the bearing bases in China. We are specialized in producing various kinds of large and extra-large size slewing bearings. Our production range covers the outside diameter from 300mm to 6300mm.

2. Production Capacity:
We have the strong production capacity, such as 6m CNC vertical machine, 5m, 3.5m, 2.5m vertical machines, 4m gear shaper, drilling machines, grinding machines etc. Please ask us fo the equipment list.
Also, we are equipped with a lot of experienced professor engineers and skilled workers; moreover, the strict quality control is fulfilled for every shipment. The 3 points assure the quality of our products.

3. Quality Control:
We fulfill the quality control strictly from the incoming of raw materials to the output of finished bearings. We keep the complete documentations for every batch for traceability. These documents include:

Certificate of raw materials;
Certificate of forging rings;
Certificate of impulse testing (if required by customer)
Certificate of non-destructive testing;
Certificate of gear hobbing / shaping (Note: If with gear)
Certificate of HT (quenchingtempering; hardening)
HT Spectrum chart (if required)
Certificate of rolling parts (balls/rollers)
Certificate of physical and chemical testing (for seal)
Report of final dimensional inspection.

4. History Suppy & Application:
The bearings we produce are used for the following applications: Stacker reclaimer, ladle turret, antenna foundation, excavators, cranes, military tanks, wind power, tunnel boring machine, oil-press machine etc.
Our bearings have been sold to Norway, Czech Republic, Spain, Germany, France, USA, Brasil, Thailand, India, Indonesia, South Korea etc. We have established long-term stable cooperation with customers around the world.
