Production scale:
MLS owns the largest automatic LED production base in Asia, she has introduced 330 sets of advance ASM full- automatic LED Die Bonders and 370 sets ASM automatic Wire Bonder from USA; 400 sets of spectrometric machines and 80 automatic sealing lines from Taiwan, Which enables us to produce 2000kk top quality LED components, 500KK nixie tubes and 650KK SMD LED monthly and Tens of billions of light-emitting diode, dot matrix, LED, clock board annually. We also have induced ESD testers, DSD testers, LED angel & spectrum analyzers, LED plating-layer bracket testers, and high temperature storage tester and high & low temperature storage testing and thermal shock testers, which ensure the excellent quality of our LED components. Our workshops are equipped with both leaded lead-free Ware sobering ovens, reflow ovens, and automatic surface mounting machine other first-top machines combined with our advance management ideas and the most developed technology, we are able to provide the best products and services for our global customers.

Research &Development:
With LEDs being used widely, MLS R&D staff takes up more than 3% of the total staff, and MLS invests more than 4% of annual sales yearly on the product development & innovation, the technological transformation and the personnel training.
MLS has worked out the biggest bottleneck in LED industrial that the attenuation and the heat dissipation of white LEDs. Through adopting the world's highest performance cooling metal and resin, with the self-developed anti-aging technology, the final testing result shows that the attenuation ratio less than 5% after 10,000 hours working, which is far higher than the industry standard.
In addition, regarding the LED industrial R&D major issue that how to improve the luminous efficacy for white LEDs and high power LEDs, MLS cooperates with Sun Yat-sen University, and has established the LED Laboratory of Guangdong province, namely " The Joint Laboratory for Photoelectric Technology and Materials", and sets up the expert team to make technological breakthrough. After hard work, the final product testing proves that the luminous efficacy＞100Lm/W, and the color rendering index＞80%， With constantly investment and innovation, MLS has achieved fruitful results, such as the first UL certification through the United States, the first use of copper wire welding process, and owns white LEDs patent and more than 20 other patents and inventions.
