Longkou Dayuan Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. currently is the first domestic company that is a high and new technology enterprise (HNTE) with international advanced level on precision cold forging production process(Cold Extrusion) . It is professional on a large scale to produce cold forging claw pole and magnetic core for all kinds of automobile alternator, brake caliper piston, steering ball joint, steering-gear spherical housing, flange, coupling shaft, and petroleum perforating housing etc. We can manufacture almost all kinds of cold forging parts based on customers’ approved drawing. We develop and produce product molds by ourselves. The annual production capacity for cold forging claw pole reaches to 8,000,000 sets.

We have two South-Korean precision production lines, large-tonnage forging machines 9 sets imported from oversea (Japanese AIDA 400 ton, Korean Seoul Press 400 ton, Korean KNUCKLE 650 ton, Russian press 630 ton), punching machines 2 sets (Japanese AIDA 100 ton, and Korean DONG SHIN 600 ton), pre-treating line, heat treating furnaces 5 sets, Daewoo CNC 8 sets, Japanese sawing machine, advanced physical and chemical test, and testing facilities. We passed TS16949 certificate.
