Yile is a growth-oriented, dynamic and innovative manufacture and supply of high quality precision mold and products to Automotive, T-communication, Medical electronics and electronic equipment industries for years.

Yile mainly consist of Mold department, Molding Dept, Administrative and Design & Project and about 150 employees in total.

For Design Dept
Design is the safeguard to ensure the precision size in the mold process of manufacture.
Yile employs CAD - Solid Modeling, CAM integrated technology, UG and PRO-E design software which currently appears to be the best method solving complicated problems .Further this system and 8 intermediate as well as 2 senior engineers can provides us with increased problem solving capabilities in the process of Mold manufacture.

For Mold Dept
Yile is equipped with the high precision machinery as well 80 experienced employees in the operation of machines, the tooling, polish quality control and so on
Milling machines: 6 sets
Grinding Machines: 4 sets and a Large-scale Grinding machine
CNC division: 5 sets high speed Milling made in Japan and Taiwan
EDM: 2 electric and 3 conventional sparking machines
W/C (wire cutting machine): 3 sets electric Wire Cutting machine

As for the Quality control:
During the manufacturing process all operations are controlled by strict quality control procedures. Every operation has a work instruction that is repetitively followed. From product design to final inspection standard operating procedures are adhered to throughout the process.


In Molding Dept
Yile boasts machinery from 50 - 280 tons and our well trained staff is highly experienced in the operation of these machineries which are made in Haitian and Bochuang.

At present Yile has reach a RMB 30 million turnover with a total of RMB 10 million investments, among which about 70% are exported to the Europe, North America other countries in Asia and other about 30% are provided with domestic. Like Tyco Electronics, SIEMENS, KENWOOD and SECCO etc. develop a continuous co-operation relationship with our company on basic of our popular design, skilled processing technique and excellent quality.
