LinYi YongGu Wood Co., Ltd. was established in February, 2003. Our company is situated in LanShan District of LinYi City in Shandong Province, which is known as "The Plywood Hometown in China".
Our company has four subsidiaries, including two factories of film faced plywood, one glue factory and LINYI XIANGDING Import & Export Co., Ltd. It covers an area of 4 hectares and there are over 300 workers, including 3 senior engineers and 40 technicians. To this point, we can say that our technical capability is very strong. Advanced production equipment and strong technical capability, make the annual output of 40,000 cubic meters.
The main products are high-grade film faced plywood which is used for concrete laying. The specifications are 915mm*1830mm, 1220mm*2440mm and 1250mm*2500mm and the thicknesses vary from 9mm to 30mm. Also the plywood can be customized according to special requirements. Merit of film faced plywood
1. No warping, no fracture, not out of shape. It can stay 48 hours in boiling water. It has good performance and can the recycling times can be more than 30 times.
2. Transference to concrete is set up very easily, so good for construction work. (There is no need for any transference preparation.) It is easily to take off the membrane. It only takes the time 1/7 of the steel mould. It can shorten the project time by 30%.
3. It is good to keep surface warm so in winter the project can also be continued.
4. After installation of concrete, the surface looks like a mirror. (The cement does not stick.)
The wall or the surface of the building can be decorated directly.
5. The film faced plywood can be used to make camber and it also can be cut into small pieces according the special requirements.
