Casting and Rolling Production Line is working with 1003mm × 1900mm tilted dual drive casting machine, and equipped with bipolar-plate type and nitridation Silicon tube type filter，closed-cycle cooling system, magnetic agitation system. We have introduced a set of super-type caster produced by Sweden, Ireland and other facilities imported form oversea market which have acquired the best production facilities in the aluminum industry all over the world, such as 1850mm 4 high non-reversing aluminium strip cold rolling mill, foil rolling mill, cut to length machine, strip slitting machine, re-winding & cleaning, ect. (Sweden ABB strip shape measurement system, Ireland Honeywell - Meijer thickness measurement and AGC system, Germany Siemens electrical automatic control system).
