This company had the name "Bay's Corp" because of consisting of the company's small collection that co-operated to one unity that was established by a Teknik Scholar who was named Bayu Santika.

Several of his subsidiary companies were: Bay's Donut, Bay's Cell and Bay's Incense.

Bay's Donut. Bay's Donut was the company that provided several food products like the donut, brownies, the cement mixer of chocolate bananas, et cetera that the area of his marketing was local only included the Malang City territory, East Java, Indonesia.

As in the case of Bay's Donut, Bay's Cell also was local. This company was involved in the Cellular service, like the filling of the electronics pulse.

Bay's Incense was the subsidiary company that provided the product took the form of incense that had the high quality, natural, and the price was covered.
