Hebei Zhongtai Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in producing various kinds of steel pipes and stainless steel pipes in North of China, covering 90,000 square meters, including a construction area of 40,000 square meters. Our total assets amount to RMB 250 million and the registered capital is RMB 30 million. We staff 480 employees, including 180 technicians. We obtained ISO9001 certificate in 2000 and API 5L certificate in 2001. Our company has advanced detection equipment: X-ray tester, ultrasonic tester, hydrostatic tester, tensile testing machine, and metallographic analysis instrument, physical and chemical laboratory and measuring system.
Our company has 10 hot-expanded thermal units, 4 alloy hot-rolled (seamless) pipe production lines, and 5 spiral pipe production lines, with an output of more than 400,000 tons. Our material includes 10#, 20#, 35#, 45#, 16Mn, Q235, Q345B, Q345C, Q345D and 20g.
Hot-expanded steel pipes and hot-rolled steel pipes are produced as per API spec. 5C, GB/T 8162, GB/T8163 standards. Spiral pipes are complied with API 5L spec., GB/T9711.1 standards, which are widely used in low-pressure fluid pipeline and construction.
