I purchased phone tablet from DHGate site which they guarantee the items 100% refundable. When I receive the items, were used and with no instruction manual. Seller did disclose item was used and they came with no memory card as well. The next day I contacted the seller to return the items and refund of money. The sell stated he was not going to refund and won't accept returns. I file a complaint with DHGate and they ask me provide documents. What document did need being that I was satisfied with the items. I question DHGate and they never responded. Then I was sent a notice that DHGate release my money to the seller and I heard from the seller or DHGate again. I need to know who and where do I lodge a complaint on both parties. Will I contact some here in US or China? I purchase a memory card and don't work in the unit because it is not format to work nor the cell card don't work or formatted either. The units are worthless and I want my money back. Both unit only have 512mb of memory. No memory storage. The units are garbage. Best Buy here in the US stated the had no name brand and they could remove Chinese language off the units.

DHgate is a scam and support the scammers listed on they site. I will never purchase from they site again. False advertisement and very deceptive about what they will do support the buyers aqainst being scam by scammers.
