I ordered tape in hair extensions and I wanted to test out the product before I made a large purchase so I only spent about $250. And I had ordered a fashion color which is popular in now which is gray silver hair. The company has pictures on their website of all the things that can be done with her hair. These include coloring styling, highlighting perming etc. It also shows how you can tell if the hair is real hair. And it also shows all the tests they do on their hair to prove that it's good quality. They say none of that hair has been chemically treated and it is all very healthy no split ends all solid nice and thick one length. So I received my package of hair. It was a month late for one and it was supposed to be only four days and the website guarantees 3 to 4 day delivery. When I got the hair, it was spotted there was yellow and gray spots all over the hair it was full of split ends the ends were not sick at all and I got a water bottle and I sprayed water on it and if your hairstylist you'll know what I'm talking about, the hair turned into mush. It was so over-processed that it was beyond fixing. People would never pay to buy hair like that that is the worst damage here I've ever seen. Now I've been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. And I purchased a lot of hair extensions and work with a lot of hair extension companies. This was by far the worst here I've ever seen in my life. So I had already unfortunately put them on a clients hair. She was very angry the next day when she got home and she told me she had tried to wash it and what happened. So I contacted the company the trade commission person that I spoke with named Maggie Gong. And she refused to believe me so I sent her pictures I filed a dispute with Alibaba and she refused to return my money. She tried to tell me that she would send me some new hair but only $30 worth. Anyhow the argument basically went back-and-forth for several weeks and I then reached out to her manager and I sent her manager a very nice formal complaint about her employee Adam and the way she was handling the situation. And all the managers said to me was that I needed to speak with Maggie. So back to square one. Anyhow Maggie still refuses to give me my money back she tried to bribe me and told me that if I cancel the dispute and then she would return my money. And knowing I could reopen a new dispute I wanted to see if she would so I canceled it. And she still won't return the money. So now I'm filing a report on this website and I'm also filing another dispute with Alibaba and the Federal Trade Commission.

Be very cautious with companies and their return policy is. I have learned that I next time will make sure I use the trade insurance that they offer. This manufacture Maggie Gong the representative insisted that we speak on what's app and that I send the money PayPal. So that was a mistake. Don't ever do that always use the insurance forms that the company supplies so your products can be not only inspected for the correctness but secured and insured if something were to go wrong and you needed your money back. And I definitely have learned from this and I will never purchase hair overseas in this manner again.
