I placed an order for fabric from this Chinese company. The fabric was to be shipped to three of my distributors in Australia, UK and USA. The fabric received was faulty. It has white marks all over it, almost like bleach marks. The colours were faulty - I had sent pantones for them to follow, and they did not follow them. The pantones were because I had fabric here that I needed to match. The fabric was full of defects. When I brought this to their attention, they called me a liar. I had sent documented proof from myself, and from my customers, and and yet they still called me a liar. They then offered a 500 dollar refund, which is a sign that they know they are at fault, but I demanded more as I am having to refund my customers on my end. They have refused to accept the fabric back, and they refuse to pay more than 500 dollars. This was fabric for Christmas for families, and this company has shown they have no ethics. I was in communication with Ming Chen on this.

To never buy from this company in China! I would advise people not to work with this company - they do not send a good product, and they do not have good customer service.
