Very bad, I had place the ordered with them before 10th December 2015 and here we are one month later, $5,000 worth of the goods still have not arrived. they gave me ups tracking number from UPS and I rang UPS them and being told that they never received the goods. I tried to contact Jeff (marketing director) and I have not heard anything from them since 17th December 2015.
