We bought over a period of 2 years 10 containers rubber mats, with only smaller problems in relation to delivery times and papers. Container 11 was a load of rubbish material and completely useless and was taken directly to the scrap yard. Although the company in principle admitted the products were not OK, we were ultimately offered a 5 % discount on next container!!

Visit the factory, sales offices etc. personally and always let a 3rd party inspect the goods at shipment, and do not pay up front
