"Qingdao Gold Luck International CO." LTD has delivered to us goods that do not correspond by quality to the demands in our order (according to our order - quality grade "AA"). De facto the received film faced plywood corresponds to grade "CC" quality with inadmissible properties on water absorption, fact that was officially recognized by "Qingdao Gold Luck International CO." LTD The film was burned and the veneer was totally rotten, when we cut a sheet into pieces the plies began to unplay due to bad quality glue. We had to sell this plywood with no profit and it was used by our clients 1-2 times instead of declared 10 -15 times. I caused a lot of negative reaction and affected our company image.

In future we would like to work directly with manufacturers and would engage a 3rd party for a Quality inspection. We will try to secure our risks better.
