I have placed purchase order by email after offer of the material (20 tons) material recycled and after they sent some pictures of this material. Total amount to be paid : 9,800 USD CIF COST. The invoice was issued we paid half for the preparation and half before it was ready . The order was cancelled by Emilly Liu, the explanation was one of the shareholders cancelled this order because there was not any profit. We were made to contact the mediator person Sun Baoguo from the Hebei Chamber of Commerce. He sent contract after two weeks. Chinese NY holidays approaching. The contract was returned signed on last week of January. After Chinese holidays have been contacting by mails, telephone no reply refusing to pick up phone calls.
