This thing happened in 2014. Why I reported so late? Cos we wanted to give them a chance to fix the problem, but after we contacted with them with so many times, they still not answer us, so I decided to do this. This is the process: We asked the supplier to make us samples of crystal golf trophies for confirmation first, but after we placed the order, they changed the product. It is not the one we requested. When we received the products and found this problem, we contacted the supplier at the first time, but they did not answer us anymore. How can a Factory do this thing to us? We paid them and they made samples first. Please do not trust this stupid company, they are liars.

Before you placed order with the manufacturer in the first time, please kindly let the 3rd party to conduct the audit and before you made the balance payment, let the 3rd party or you to do the QC.
