This supplier quoted price for highest quality Flare false eyelashes and delivered on that in the first 4 orders worth nearly 60,000 USD. The 5th order of 32,000 USD was absolute rubbish and extremely disappointing quality. We already had an agreement that if product quality fails quality control on delivery, supplier will refund/replace the order once evidence in pictures is provided. They will also cover the expenses involved in returning the order back to Purbalingga Indonesia and sending replacement. However, once this happened, we sent them pictures of the rubbish they supplied us and that was the last time we heard from them. They don't answer my phone calls or respond to my emails anymore. In total, I lost nearly 3/4 of the 32,000 USD I invested in this order.
