We have imported packing materials for pasta from Nural Plastic company/Turkey. However it was a terrible experience. Company promised us to ship the cargo in 1 week however they were able to ship in 2 months. Once packing materials arrived we have realized that they are rubbish not in accordance with what we have ordered. We have ordered 25-30 opp-cpp packing materials, but what we have received was very thin 20-25 opp-cpp. Our packing machines were not able to pack pasta in such thin packing material, we have lost roughly 25'000 USD! They were rubbish. When we have approached them to repay our losses they didn't even dare to reply, not opening their phones.
