The seller shipped the goods but having paid the remaining amount they disappeared, our goods are stranded in the port due to lack of documents, the company is a big scam, the phone numbers are from Ningbo but the actual office is in Hangzhou, one can tell that it is a scam , they owe us USD 25,000 at the moment. We also have doubts that the goods shipped are correct.

To tell you the truth in all my 15 years of trade i had always been very careful when doing trade with china, usually we are very careful and price but this time we missed ought on something, i suggest when doing business with Chinese companies one needs to get 100% full information on the supplier even theşr passport copy is needed, the Chinese are dangerous, be very careful.
