It was definitely a lesson learned! Ningbo Great Green Lighting Co Ltd was great at selling you the product ( we dealt with Nora Chen) soon as we paid it was hard to constantly chase them for updates! They made an error on the delivery by not paying the duty and tax fee when we paid them this amount only to have our products be stuck at Lagos custom as they were demanding that we pay this - I contacted Ningbo Great Green Lighting Co Ltd and they had advised us it was not their problem and that we had to pay for this. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager does not speak English! yet when I called every number on the website I was finally able to get through to the manager (tony) who spoke very good English! he had advised that he will get back to us regarding the problem and he never did. After sending them emails to assist us as they had made the mistake on their part but they refused to take any responsibilities for this. So we had to contact Nigeria and sort the problem out myself.

DO NOT USE Ningbo Great Green Lighting Co Ltd - they will tell you the right things that you need to hear! but once you have made the payment - you are stuck chasing them for updates! sometimes you don't hear back from them for days!
