In short: I made a point of agreeing a delivery date with Chris from Bisen Industrial Co in China before I ordered, as the products were for an event on a specific day. The goods arrived 8 days after the agreed date, and his promised compensation has never materialised. The supplier stopped answering the telephone when I called back to get tracking number. Lied about shipping date and then tried to blame Fedex. I've copied below some of the email exchanges (replaced my own name with XXXX). RECOMMENDATION: |
Agree a compensation percentage before the order is placed if delivery is late. Say 10% if 5 days late and 5% each day after that. Pay after receiving B/L (Bill of Lading)
