All contact with this seller was very good and feeling confidence that there was nothing wrong. I do a lot of business with China manufacturers and never had an bad experience before. We did have a lot of e-mail contact en after I checked the company online I thought there was nothing wrong doing business with them. After having contact for about an month I decided to place an small order to test the products first. Also I liked to check the readability of the supplier with this small order. They did send me an nice invoice with an stamp and all details on it. After payment I got an track and trace very fast but it wasn't working "yet", it will never. The track and trace didn't work so I asked them to contact the transport company twice to check the delivery date, every time the package came closer, after an week I asked them to send me the shipping papers and the contact stopped. When I called the didn't even speak english any more. I asked an Chinese business partner to contact them but they can't understand each other. I have contacted the Made in China website and they did remove this company. Also I did contact every website were this company was advertising and got them removed completely. Contacted the police, Judiciary police, international trade service, Interpol and some more instance. I am sure I will not get my money back but this became personal and I will try anything to to be sure I was the last person who got scammed by this persons.
